Information about refunds or service replacements
Any amount paid in error for a service that was not provided can be refunded—simply send an email to mm@site4.biz to request a refund.
Orders that have been accepted for processing are not eligible for a full refund if the customer decides not to proceed with them—only the unused portion, if applicable, will be refunded upon providing a valid reason, and the customer will receive the results for the used portion as is.
A service provided with a significant deviation from the initial terms and conditions, as set forth in correspondence, personal communication, or otherwise, may be replaced with an equivalent service or revised at no cost (for the specialist’s work), even if such additional work requires an extra fee—the corresponding request for replacement or revision must be submitted within 3 days after the completion report.
Services provided as bonuses, gifts, or additional services cannot be exchanged for cash equivalents and cannot be transferred (including between projects owned by the same entity).
Software licenses purchased at the request of a customer of the website https://site4.biz/, as well as other software and digital products that can be copied, are non-refundable.
If the solution you ordered is found to be incompatible with your technical platform, business objectives, or other critical factors that make it impossible to complete the task – reallocation of funds to other services or cancellation with a refund of the unused portion of the amount is possible upon personal agreement to such a decision.
