Information on refunds or service replacement
The mistakenly paid amount for a service that has not been used can be refunded – just inform us at mm@site4.biz.
Orders accepted for work are not subject to a full refund in case of refusal to continue work on them – only the reasoned unused part, if any, is returned, and the customer is provided with the result as is.
A service that was provided with a significant deviation from the original conditions that were recorded in correspondence, personal communication or in any other way may be replaced with an equivalent or finalized free of charge (for the work of a specialist), even if such additional work requires additional payment for the work – the corresponding claim for replacement or finalization must be submitted within 3 days after the performance report.
Services provided as a Bonus, Gift, Additional Service are not subject to exchange for the equivalent of funds and cannot be transferred (including such transfer between projects of the same owner).
Software licensed by order of a client of the website https://site4.biz/ and other software and digital products that can be copied are not subject to return.
If the ordered solution is found to be incompatible with your technical platform, business goals, or other critical issues that make it impossible to complete the task, reallocation of funds to other services or cancellation with a refund of the unused part of the amount is possible upon personal approval of such a decision.
